1. USING CPTUR
By using CPTUR you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
2. PLAYER CONTENT & CONDUCT
Do not upload or publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or unsafe content. Padel Moments and other user content may be reported and moderated. CPTUR may remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
3. MATCHES, RATINGS & RANKINGS
Match, rating, ranking, crew and venue features are provided as part of the CPTUR experience. Results depend on information submitted and confirmed by users and may be corrected where errors or abuse are identified.
4. PLAYER+ & PURCHASES
Player+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription where offered. App Store purchases are billed and managed through Apple and can be cancelled from your Apple subscription settings. Prices and included features are shown before purchase.
5. AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep CPTUR available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the platform develops, provided we continue to meet applicable consumer and platform requirements.
6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
You may stop using CPTUR or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, fraud, abuse or legal requirements.
